It is good to try once. I felt like the parents from the film Spirited Away after eating the first evening. But do not bother going twice, as the buffet has almost the same options every night.

Restaurant in Hakuba Oonogi Hotel. It is Viking. Terrace seating is good in the morning. Eating breakfast in the air and scenery of the plateau is the best.
